Fran is co-owner of Shawn Promotions in Pulaski. Fran, and husband Michael, are the owners of
Miss Butler's Bed & Breakfast. Fran also devotes additional time to Martin Methodist College where she helps coordinate activities for Martin Pride Days and to First Presbyterian Church.
