Each month a drawing is held at the Chamber Coffee to select a business to be spotlighted in our Chamber News newsletter and on our website. We have two coffees each month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday. Each coffee is hosted by one of our Chamber members. The Spotlight is free and to win you only have to attend one coffee for that month. Visit one of our coffees and see what you've been missing!

We are also hosting a class on Sunday, September 24 sponsored by the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network. The class will be at 3:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the church. The class is open for any adults working with youth or who want to know more about warning signs of suicide.
Our youth ministry will be sponsoring "See You at the Pole" on Wednesday, September 27 at the local high schools and middle schools. They will have a time of prayer and breakfast. Contact Rodney Hawkins for more information at the church 363-3584.
On Saturday, October 28, we will be hosting a benefit for the Giles County Crisis Pregnancy Center. This is a new ministry in our county designed to help youth and young adults who are faced with an unexpected pregnancy.
Our youth ministry is sponsoring a canned food drive during the month of September. The food will be distributed to those in need who live in our community.
Our women's ministry also has several activities planned for the month. We will be starting a new weekday morning Bible study open to the community. Childcare will be provided. Our women's ministry also has Bible studies on Monday and Wednesday night. Contact the church office for more information.
All of our music ministries are beginning to work on their Christmas programs. We have preschool, children, and adult choirs that practice on Wednesday night.
