Hallehurst is an architechural and historical gem. Built ca 1889, it is the only pattern
of its kind in Giles County. The home was built by Giles County's first millionaire, Senator Newton H. White,
for his beloved wife Halle Hallehurst. Hallehurst holds a unique place in the heart of history.
